not too sure how many of you there are these days...hence the singular.

i have been reading all about the life and psyche of toddlers lately. all part of my new education program.

this has been taking up much of my time.

though there is always time for 'america's next top model' each tuesday.

last night i ventured over to St. Luke's in the west village for yet another night of bible fun.

this weekend - in my effort to conserve the cash - i made a batch of white bean soup. it turned out a little on the bland side, which gives me good reason to believe that it must be low in caloric intake. thank goodness.

i have been waking up earlier and earlier in an attempt to have more productive workouts each morning...still not really seeing the progress, but hope to awake one day and not only feel much thinner, but also notice some muscle tone.

if this ever happens i will post a picture as proof.
