after a brief conversation with the current ms. olympia i have been inspired to incorporate more protein into my diet.

she said that not eating enough protein can make muscle disappear - which may be the reason why i don't really have any, despite my crazy work out regime.

this weekend i also hope to purchase all the valentine cards i will need.
